Yamaha lyres are made in the USA with heavy-duty springs in the clips for years of reliable use. The trumpet lyre has a thicker shaft for added strength, allowing it to fit securely in place of the removable 3rd slide finger ring on Yamaha student model trumpets and cornets. Lacquered brass for a gold look.
